The facility is located on 40 beautiful acres in Elizabeth, right on the Douglas county border. There are 17 large paddocks and 10 small paddocks, which allow our horses to have all-day turnout. In addition, we have trails on the adjacent  84  acres for your hacking pleasure. Enjoy the beautiful views of the rocky mountains!

We have two heated barns attached to a large indoor arena. Both barns are heated and include a fly-spray system. The small barn has large 12’ x 12’ stalls with Nelson waterers, with dutch doors and large outdoor runs.

The new barn has 22 large 12’ x 12’ European style stalls by Lucas Equine. They include Nelson waterers, cabinets for blanket storage, fold-down saddle racks and bridle hooks. Each stall has inter-locking rubber mats and dutch-doors open to the exterior.

Raised clerestory lighting keeps the barn bright and airy, and the 14’ wide corridors are inset with rubber pavers. These barns include three wash stalls, two tack stalls, ferrier stall, laundry room, bathrooms, four tack rooms with full height client lockers, feed room, offices and a client lounge.

The 70’ x 190’ indoor arena includes a superb rubber and sand footing provided by Surefoot. A viewing platform with bleachers is located at the front of the arena. Mirrors are provided for optimal training. For the convenience of the borders, both heated barns connect to the indoor arena.

The 90’ x 230’ outdoor arena is located adjacent to the indoor arena and is totally surrounded by white, 4-board fencing. It also includes the same world-class footing by Surefoot.
